What Information our Website Collects
Our web site is an interactive reading website. No marketing, demographic data or other information is collected by the Quest website. The data collected via our website includes provider requests for network consideration and checking the status of a claim. To ensure our network can accommodate a member's cultural needs and preferences as well as special needs and preferences we've made a short, preliminary application form available for providers who would like network consideration. The information collected by this application is then evaluated to determine if an opening is available in the Quest network. If an opening is available the Credentialing Department follows up with the provider in our formal credentialing process.
