Complaints

A complaint is defined as an oral or written dissatisfaction with Quest, including those related to contract exclusions, non-covered benefits, and other coverage issues, operations and management policies of Quest. Our goal is to minimize any dissatisfaction. If however, there is an expression of dissatisfaction Quest takes these concerns very seriously. Each concern is thoroughly investigated, results of the investigation and any action taken is communicated to the complainant. We attempt to resolve clinically urgent complaints within 72 hours and all other concerns within 30 calendar days. Please contact the Quality Management Department should you experience any dissatisfaction.
