Who We Are
Quest Behavioral Health is a full service administrator of mental health and substance abuse benefits headquartered in Central Pennsylvania and serving 70,000 employees and their dependents across 33 counties in Central PA and 9 counties in Maryland. In addition to administering behavioral health benefits offered by employers under their health plans, Quest also provides Employee Assistance Programs to employers customized for their specific needs.

Quest will ensure timely access to service providers, including required follow-up treatment, to address the specific needs of our members. Through efficient use of resources, including the adept use of information technology, Quest will provide more cost effective services to health plans, employers, and their employees.
